Beginning Kinder Dance
Beginning Kinder Dance is an introductory ballet and tap for ages 18 months to 3 years. Students will learn the basics in ballet and tap technique and terminology
Kinder Dance is an advancement of Beginning Kinder Dance and is offered to students 3-5 years of age.
Sugar Babes is the most advanced combined tap and ballet class for ages 4-6. Students should have a basic understanding of ballet and tap terminology and will expand on basic ballet and tap technique.
Eclipse Training Program
Students will be placed in a color-coded level based first on ability and then age. Students will be required to wear the assigned color leotard and attend separate ballet, jazz, and tap classes.
Pink level– Typically consists of dancers ages 5-7, dancers are required to attend one ballet, jazz, and tap class a week.
Blue level– Typically consists of dancers ages 6-8 that have advanced in their knowledge of basic terminology and technique, dancers are required to attend one ballet, jazz, and tap class a week.
Red level– Typically consists of dancers ages 7-10, dancers are required to attend one ballet, jazz, and tap class a week. Dancers will now be introduced to a lyrical class.
Purple level– Typically consists of dancers ages 8-14, dancers should have a good understanding of technique in all genres of dance and prior dance training. Ballet will be offered two times a week as well as a jazz, tap, and lyrical class.
Black level – typically consists of ages 11-16; this is a more advanced class for dancers who have extensive prior dance training. Two ballet classes, jazz, tap, and lyrical will all be offered.
Junior Company and Senior Company are by audition only. Dancers will be given the freedom to wear whatever color leotard they wish.
